3. Once you select the language option, you will hear this - Please select the product option. Press 1 for home loan, press 2 for two-wheeler loan, press 3 for farm loan. To repeat the menu again press *
4. Press 1 to get access to home loan-related information.
5. Your call will be transferred to a customer care agent of the company. Wait for a while and once you get connected to him/her ask your queries.

• Send your complaint or grievance to the company via email. Write to customerservice@ltfs.com to file your complaint. The mail body must mention your Loan Account Number and contact details.
• Call the Customer Service Help Desk at +91 91 5800 4777 to contact the call centre executives. The executives will address your concern with immediate effect.
• If you want to meet the officials personally and register your grievance, visit the nearest branch and submit written complaints.
• If you don’t get an acknowledgment for your grievance from the Grievance Redressal Cell within 7 days of the receipt of the same, you can take the matter to the next level.
