Level 2:
If you have not received a satisfactory response from the customer support team at Level 1 within 7 working days from the date of the complaint, then you can escalate the matter to Level 2 following any of these steps:
- Call the Customer Relation Officers (CROs) positioned in the regional offices by calling in the numbers given above.
- Send an email to the Customer Relation Officers (CROs) who have been chosen for Back Office/Regional Office of LIC Housing Finance for addressing customer grievances.
Level 3:
- If the Customer Relation Officer fails to provide you with a satisfactory resolution of your issue at Level 2 within 6 weeks then you may reach out to the Regulatory Authority of Housing Finance Companies - National Housing Bank at the given address:
