Grievance Redressal Procedure
Customers can raise their grievances either in writing or electronically by both email and through a feedback portal that is available at the LIC Housing webpage.
Customers can approach the concerned Business Centre or Area Office for his/her complaint and may submit this in writing as well through both post and email. Customers can expect responses within a week.
In case the customer is not satisfied with the solution then the Customer Relation Officers can be contacted. Final responses will be sent within a period of 6 weeks.
