    2. Press 1 for English. For Hindi, press 2.
    3. Once you have selected the language, you will get the following options:
      • New loan request: Press 1
      • New balance transfer request: Press 2
      • Status of existing loan request: Press 3
      • Existing customers: Press 4
    4. Once you have chosen your option, you have to provide your registered mobile number to go forward in the menu.
