These are some useful points to keep in mind when contacting the Indiabulls customer service centre:
1. The customer service team will be available from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with 2nd and 3rd Saturdays and public holidays being an exception.
2. Indiabulls has 3 levels of grievance redressal in order to ensure that your issue is resolved in a timely and effective manner. These are the 3 levels:

3. For faster resolution, it would be helpful to mention your registered email address and mobile number.
