    HSBC Bank Customer Care IVR Manual 

    Call 1800 266 3456 or 1800 103 4722. The steps you will have to go through in the HSBC Bank hotline IVR call are as follows: 

    1. Welcome to HSBC Premier India. To continue in English Press 1. HSBC Premier India mein aapka svaagat hain. Hindi mein jari rakhne ke liye 2 dabaye.  

    2. Once the language is selected, you will get the following options to choose from: 

    • To report a lost or stolen card, cheque book, or to activate your credit or debit card press the * key. 
    • For quick access please enter your 12-digit account number or 16-digit credit card number followed by the # key. 
    • To become an HSBC customer, or to know your application status press the # key. 

    3. Press the # key and listen to all the options carefully before making your choice. 

    • To check the status of your new card application, press 1 
    • For personal loan application status, press 2 
    • For rate enquiry, press 3 
    • To apply for a new product, press 4 
    • If you are an existing customer, press 0 
    • To repeat the options, press the * key 

    4. If you are a new customer press 4 and wait for a while. Your call will be transferred to a customer centre executive of the bank. However, if you are an existing customer of the bank press 0 and follow the steps to get your home loan related queries addressed. 

    HSBC advance customers can call 1800 103 4722 and carefully follow the IVR instructions step-by-step to resolve their queries.
