In order to make it easier to approve loans based on the projects, the realty department of banks researches the projects in a city and “approves” them as trustworthy. If at the time of applying for a home loan, you have not made a final decision on which property to buy, you can select one of these pre-approved housing projects, doing away with property-related background checks for the bank. This will speed-up the loan process.
