    Given below are the steps you will have to follow to check Kerala land records:

    • On the top right-hand side of the page, log in to the portal by providing your email ID and password, and click on ‘Sign In’. If you haven’t registered before, click on ‘Sign Up’.
    • On the menu bar, click on ‘File Search’.

      You will have to pay through internet banking to download land record documents.

      You must note that your name must have alphanumeric characters only and must be at least 5 characters. Similarly, your password must contain at least one letter, one capital letter, one number, and a minimum of 5 characters.

    3. What should I do if I forget my login password?

      In case you forget your login password, click on ‘Forgot Password’ on the top right-hand side of the page.
