How to Check Kerala Land Records

Given below are the steps you will have to follow to check Kerala land records:

• Visit the E-Rekha by KLIM official website.

• On the top right-hand side of the page, log in to the portal by providing your email ID and password, and click on ‘Sign In’. If you haven’t registered before, click on ‘Sign Up’.
• On the menu bar, click on ‘File Search’.

• Click on either ‘Old Survey Records’, ‘District Maps’, or ‘Resurvey Records’.

• Select your district, taluk, village, and the type of document from the drop-down menus.
• Enter the survey number and the block number.
• Click on ‘Submit’.
• You will be able to view the preview of your document.
• In order to download the document, click on the ‘Checkout’ button.
• If you have logged in to the portal, you will have to verify some important details and pay the document fee to download the survey record.
• Once the payment has been made, you will be able to download the document and save it for future reference.

• On the top right-hand side of the page click on ‘Sign Up’.

• You will be directed to a new page, where you can register by providing your name, email ID, and password. Confirm the password, followed by your address, mobile number, and pin code.
• Copy the given digits into the box and click on ‘Register’.
• You must note that your email ID will be your username.
• Once you have registered, you can use your credentials to log in to the portal and check the data related to land records in Kerala.

• Click on ‘Resurvey Records’.
• Select one of the options under the ‘Map’ category i.e. FMB, Block Map, or Supply FMB’.

• Select one of the options under ‘Registers’ i.e. LR, BTR, Correlation, BTR, or Area Register.
