Once you get the interest rates offered on the different housing loans from AHFPL, you can calculate your equated monthly instalments (EMIs) using the Loan EMI Calculator. All you have to do is enter certain details including your loan amount, interest rate, tenure, and processing fees. You will get a breakdown of the interest paid, processing fee paid, and the total cost of the loan. You will also get a detailed amortisation table of monthly and yearly payments broken down into principal and interest payments from your EMI.
Additionally, if you’re looking to make any prepayments during the course of the loan, you can add the details into the calculator. The result will show you by how much your interest payments will be reduced and by how many months/years, your loan tenure will be shortened.
