1. The rate of interest being offered is 5 bps lower than the normal home loan rate. The rates under the 'Women Power' home loan are:
   1. Salaried individuals - 6.95% p.a. to 7.45% p.a.
   2. Self-employed professional individuals - 6.95% p.a. to 7.45% p.a.
   3. Self-employed non-professional individuals - 7.10% p.a. to 7.60% p.a.
2. The home loan will depend on factors such as the women's ownership of property, whether sole or joint owner and whether first applicant or co-applicant.
3. Resident as well as non-resident women are eligible to apply for HDFC's 'Women Power' Loan.

Documents Required for HDFC Women Power Home Loan:

1. Duly filled application form with photograph.
2. Processing fee cheque.
3. Bank statements from last six months.
4. ID proof.
5. Residence proof.
6. Salaried applicants: Form 16 and latest salary slip.
7. Self-employed applicants: Proof of business, ITR for last three years, Balance sheet for last three years.
