Rs.375 crore to be invested by Signature Global on new budget housing project in Gurugram
Around Rs.375 crore will be invested by real estate firm Signature Global to develop a new housing project in Gurugram, Haryana. Signature Global is majorly into construction of affordable homes and has announced that it will be launching 20,000 units this year under the affordable housing segment. The realty firm has also revealed that it has begun construction work on a new project called ‘Signature Global Proxima I and II’ which will consist of 1,410 units and will cost about Rs.375 crore. The cost of houses under this project will cost between Rs.22 lakh and Rs.26 lakh and is being developed the affordable housing policy of the Haryana government. The Founder and Chairman of Signature Global has revealed that the firm has launched 15,173 units till date under the Haryana Affordable Housing Scheme and 1,820 units under the Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana. Signature Global is aiming at delivering at least 3,181 units in Gurugram by the end of this year. 17 affordable housing projects have been launched by Signature Global in the past 5 years in Sohna, Gurugram, and Karnal.

I have taken home loan directly from Oriental Bank Of commerce .The rate of interest and the processing fee was very nominal,I have got the loan amount sanctioned on time ,There was no drawbacks faced so far on using this service .From bank end all t he detail was shared and i am satisfied with the service .

Remaining all very good even the customer support is very proactive, the bank documentation process was hassle free, I don't want reach out to the bank for any concern. I took a home loan in HDFC LTD and its still running. Overall my experience was good but with their customer service which am not fully satisfied. They took longer time to respond where I need to followup many times. They took almost 2.5 months to do the process for changing the interest rate.
I got my home loan with ICICI BANK . Their Interest rate is very high which is 9.1 % Monthly initially they said 8.5% but later they charge high they should stick on their words .Application process documentation was easy but it too so much time to get the loan amount . Loan amount is sufficient it is 23.6lakh .

I have been using my home loan with DHFL , they have given me sufficient loan amount , and the rate of interest they have charged me up to 9.5% which was bit high for me and even processing fee they have charged me was nominal,there support team is not customer friendly, they do not resolve my issue, and the loan amount they have given me after 40 days after getting approval, they have taken 40 days interest as well, i asked them regarding this they said it is necessary to pay this charges,i have bad experience with this bank.
I have taken the loan of Rs. 56 lakhs, they taken the processing fee around Rs. 1000. Axis bank quoted me 8.5% for the tenure period 22 years. I got the floating request, I am happy about the interest rate and process is good. I don't have any issues with them.
I have taken a home loan with UCO bank and the experience was good, the loan amount was for Rs 3 lacs and this loan was given basically to the Kisaan where the interest rate is only 40 paise per EMI. There is no tenure period for this loan and the customer support was very good.
I have been holding my home loan with State bank of India, there service is not up to the mark, there rate of interest and processing fee is too high and i loan amount as i expected they have given too low and even customer support team is not good they are not responding about interest rate or any query they didn't kept there words .
