I have taken a home loan from HDFC LIMITED. I applied through bank executive and loan amount credited with in 30 days. I have opted for loan amount of 7L with the rate of interest 12.6% which is fine compared with other bank locking period is 3 years. Processing fee is Rs. 12,000 but its okay.
The process is good with PNB Housing Finance. The customer service is excellent. The charges are not very clear and it has to be more transparent. They took a processing fee of 14,000 rupees for the loan amount of 60L. The tenure is 30 years. The documentation process is simple.
I had taken a Home Loan from DHFL LTD a long time back and the loan is still running. The loan amount has been sufficient but the interest rate with them has been quite high, where they had not reduced the interest rate as well. The processing fee and charges which they had made has also been high when compared with the other banks.

The Interest Rate is 8.5%, which I felt is a little higher than what government Bank offers. The Process for the application got over quickly and documentation required was pretty low too. It's difficult to reduce the Rate of Interest with them.

The process for my Home Credit Loan was done instantly and it didn't require much process too. The rate of interest offered is pretty low too and the Bank was pretty responsive for the Loan. I had the complete outline about the Loan and it was easy for me to select the product.
I applied for a home loan in PNB HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED. Then later I had to close my home loan application with PNB HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED as I have decided to postpone the plan of getting a home now. But they offered me the home loan with 8.25% as rate of interest.

From AXIS bank no body contacted me on the home loan process, infact no body turned up to collect the documents. I am very disappointed with this, I would like to suggest, what ever it may be bank should call to the customer and acknowledge the request.
Service is very good from AXIS bank ,I had some problem during documentation part representatives were also very helpful and responsible, still the service is average from AXIS bank I don't have any issue with AXIS bank home loan service but I feel they need to improve some more in their service.
