Since October 2013, the Traffic Police has used the e-Challan to levy fines on individuals who break the traffic rules. In case an individual breaks a traffic rule, an SMS along with the Challan number is sent to his/her mobile number.

  2. Log in to your account by entering the mobile number and password. 
  3. Click on 'More'. 
  4. Next, select 'Other Services' or 'City Services'. 
  5. Choose the traffic authority. 
  6. Next, you will need to enter the relevant details such as the DL number, vehicle number, Registration Certificate (RC) number, and e-Challan number. 
  7. Choose 'Proceed'. 
  8. Next, enter the amount that must be paid. You can make the payment via UPI, credit card, net banking, or debit card.

  2. Click on 'GRIPS Online Fine Payment'.

  2. Click on 'Pay Now' to complete the procedure.
