  • Kawasaki Z650RS to hit the Indian shores shortly

    Japanese two wheeler giant Kawasaki is reportedly bringing in the neo-retro streetfighter motorcycle Kawasaki Z650RS in India in the month of November this year.

    The Z650RS will be based on the Naked streetfighter Z650 from the automaker. Powering the bike will be the same 649 cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled mill that churns out 68.25 PS of max power and 64 Nm of peak torque. The bike will enter the Indian market through the CKD route which is likely to make it much more affordable when compared to the price range of the Kawasaki Z900RS. It is expected to carry a price tag of Rs.7.50 lakh.

  • 2021 KTM RC 125 likely to be launched in India in September

    Austrian two wheeler giant, KTM has recently taken the veils off the 2021 RC 125 for the international market and is expected to launch the same in India in the month of September 2021.

    When compared to the previous iteration of the motorcycle, the 2021 RC 125 gets a number of updates which also includes a revamped RC8 inspired cosmetic bodywork which is also witnessed in the new RC 200 and RC 390. The twin projector headlamp unit has been replaced by a single unit. The international model also gets an LCD instrument cluster similar to the one seen on the 250 Adventure. This is, however, expected to be skipped in the Indian variant of the bike. Powering the infant supersport motorcycle from KTM will be the same 124 cc, liquid-cooled mill. Once launched, the KTM RC 125 will be locking its horns against the Yamaha R15 v3.

    American motorcycle giant Harley-Davidson has officially notified that the next model from the automaker to join the Indian line-up – the Harley-Davidson Sportster S. The motorcycle is expected to be launched here by the end of 2021. However, the company has officially started accepting bookings for the same.

    Powering the Sportster S is the brand new 1,250 cc, liquid cooled, 60-degree, V-Twin engine which also cranks up the Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 motorcycle. The engine churns out about 119.3 bhp of max power and 127.4 Nm of peak torque.
