Bharatiya Mahila Bank Medium and Long Term Recurring Deposit Interest Rates
Medium term recurring deposit accounts with Bharatiya Mahila bank can be opened for a tenure of 3 years to below 5 years and long term recurring deposit accounts with the bank can be initiated for a period of 5 years up to maximum 10 years. The rate of interest provided on medium term and long term deposits of less than Rs.1 crore is 7.00 percent per annum.

Bharatiya Mahila Bank Revises Interest Rates Offered for Fixed and Recurring Deposits
Bharatiya Mahila Bank has revised the interest rates offered for their term deposit products with effect from 13th November 2015. Term deposits with a tenure of 1 year and above but below three years now attracts an interest rate of 7.25%. The interest rates offered for deposits above 3 years and below 5 years is 7% p.a. as well as tenures of above 5 years up to 10 years attracts an interest rate of 7% p.a.
Senior citizens receive an interest rate of 0.50% p.a. higher than the prevailing rates. However the biggest change in rates comes for fixed deposits that are less than Rs. 1 Crore. For a period of one year with a deposit amount of less than Rs. 1 crore, the interest rate offered has been hiked from 7.75% p.a. to 7.90% p.a.
