UP Ration cards are official documents issued by Uttar Pradesh state government. These cards are provided to households that are eligible to buy subsidized grains through the Public Distribution System (PDS) under the National Food Security Act (NFSA). UP Ration cards are provided based on the total members in a family, and every category of a ration card determines a person’s entitlement to rationed goods.
You can check the Uttar Pradesh ration cards list by following these steps:
Visit the official website of the Department of Food and Logistics, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh (https://fcs.up.gov.in/).
List When you are taken to the homepage, click on the “NFSA eligibility list” which you will see on the right side of the page. After you open the link, you will see a list of districts in Uttar Pradesh.
Click on the district of your choice. Then, select your area. (There is a separate list for urban areas and rural areas). Then select your ration distributor/shopkeeper.
Once you click on the distributor, you will see a list of all the ration cardholders under the selected distributor.

You can download and print your ration card application. You will find the form on the official website of the concerned authority.
Visit your state government’s official food and civil supply department website. On the ration card section, select ‘addition of new members’ link. Once you fill in all the details and upload the required documents, the new member will be added once the verification of documents and information are complete.
After you submit your application form with the required documents attached, your ration card will be issued in 15 days’ time once all your documents have been verified.
No, there is no application fee that will be charged when you apply for a ration card. However, you will have to shell out Rs.100 when you collect the card.
