  3. The green ration card applications will only be accepted from married, widowed, or separated female family members who have completed 18 years of age or are older. In case no such woman is present in the family, the oldest male member will be considered the head of the household. However, if an eligible female member exists, she will be given priority and designated as the head of the family.

Online

Step 1: Visit the official website of the state's department of food supply.

Step 2: Click on the link for ‘Green Ration Card’ application form. 

Step 3: Fill out all the necessary details on the form displayed. 

Step 4: In the next step, upload all the documents that were requested in the application form. 

Step 5: Submit the application to complete the process. 

Offline

Follow the steps given below to apply offline for a green ration card: 

Step 1: Visit the Fertilizer Supply Department, Public Service Center, or PDS Center in order to start the offline Green Ration Card Yojana application process. 

Step 2: After arriving at the relevant office, you must pick up the Green Ration Card Scheme application form there. 

Step 3: After obtaining the application form, fill it out completely with all the pertinent information that is required. 

Step 4: At this point, attach all the necessary documents with the application form. 

Step 5: The application must be submitted in the same department as it was first received. 

Once you have submitted the documents, it will be verified and if all the details are true you will soon receive your Green Ration Card.
