- Call the toll-free number of the TPA mentioned on the health ID card
- Provide the ID number to the TPA
- Produce the ID card to the hospital helpdesk, in case admission taken in network hospital
- Complete the claim request form available with the network provider or PPN and TPA
- The form will be sent to TPA for authorization
- TPA will verify the claim request form and related documents
- Pre-authorization letter will be issued by the TPA to the hospital after verification

- Can I get a refund in case of duplicate premium payment and account is debited more than once?
Yes, you can get refund in case account is debited more than once and duplicate premium payment is made. After verification, the amount will be refunded within five working days.
