|Entry Age||Individuals between the age of 5 years to 65 years are eligible to take this policy; Proposer must be above 18 years of age|
|Policy Tenure||Policy can be taken for a duration of 1 year and 2 years|
|Medical check-up||Applicants who are aged 56 years and above will be required to undergo a medical check-up at diagnostic centers designated by ICICI Lombard|
|Claims||Policy comes into effect when the amount of claim following a single hospitalization / incident is greater than the amount of deductible|
|Premiums||Premium rates are unchanged across different age groups; Premiums will depend on the tenure, sum insured and coverage provided by the policy|
