HDFC ERGO Grievance Redressal Process

HDFC ERGO General Insurance has a four-step grievance redressal system to resolve the issues of customers

Step 1:  If you want to provide feedback or file a complaint, you can call 022 - 6234 6234. To file a complaint online, you need to send an email to care@hdfcergo.com. You will receive a response within 10 days after an internal investigation into the problem is conducted.

Step 2:  If you do not receive a response or if the response is not satisfactory, then you can send an email to grievance@hdfcergo.com.   Following an investigation, you will receive a final response within 15 days from the date the complaint was filed.

Step 3:  If you are dissatisfied with the above office's decision/resolution or have not received a response within 15 days, you need to send an email to cgo@hdfcergo.com.

Step 4:  If your complaint is not resolved at the aforementioned escalation levels, you will have to get in touch with the Insurance Ombudsman.
