How to Avail Cashless Hospitalization Policy?

Follow the steps mentioned below to avail the cashless hospitalization policy :

Vidal Cashless Hospitalization:

Step 1: Policyholders should only schedule admissions to such hospitals that are a part of Vidal Health Insurance network. Policyholders should only be admitted to hospitals that are part of the GIPSA PPN Network if the customer's policy is covered by that network. If they are admitted elsewhere, the cashless facility will not be available to them, and even the amount of any expense reimbursement is capped according to the GIPSA PPN Tariff.

Step 2: Policyholders should bring the ID card Vidal Health Insurance has issued at the hospital help desk, as well as any other ID proof for the patient, such as a driver's license, voter ID, passport, etc.

Step 3: Policyholders should obtain a Pre-authorization Form from the Hospital Help Desk, fill out the Patient Information section, and then return the Pre-authorization Form to the Hospital Help Desk.

Step 4: Policyholders should remember to include their ID card number. In case the health insurance is provided through the employer, the policyholder's employee number will be sufficient.

Step 5: The treating physician will fill out the hospitalization/treatment details, and the hospital will enter the anticipated cost of care. The form then should be sent to Vidal Health Insurance via fax or online method.

Step 6: If the information provided is insufficient, the company will process the request and ask for more papers or explanations.

Step 7: Once all of the information is provided, the company will evaluate the request in accordance with the terms and conditions and exclusions therein and decide whether to approve or reject it based on the merits of the situation.
