  5. Ambulance charges for up to Rs.2,000 for hospitalisation associated with COVID-19 treatment.
  6. Expenses for treating an insured individual in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Intensive Cardiac Care Unit (ICCU).

  3. Investigation and evaluation expenses.
  4. Hospitalisation charges incurred for respite care, rehabilitation, and rest care.
  5. Diagnosis and treatment done outside India.
  6. Test performed in diagnostic centres that are not government authorised.
  7. Vitamins, dietary supplements, and other organic substances purchased without a medical practitioner's prescription.

To claim the hospitalisation cover, the following documents have to be produced by a policyholder.
