The insurance provider offers cashless facility for the repair of the insured vehicle at over 2000 authorized garages.
In three simple steps you can avail a cashless claim from Bharti AXA. The steps are as follows:
Intimate the claim
If the insured vehicle is involved in an accident and you wish to avail cashless claim service, intimate the customer care service using the toll-free number 1800-103-2292. You can also email the customer care at claims@bharti-axagi.co.in for the same purpose. In this process, you have to provide adequate information such as the policy number, vehicle number or cover note number, Chassis number and engine number, the time and date of the damage or loss, the policy holders contact details, location where the incident happened, nature of the loss/ damage, extent of the loss/damage as well as the nature of injury inflicted by the accident.
Send the insured vehicle for repair
The policy holder can use the garage locator tool to find the nearest available garage where a survey will be conducted. The insured vehicle has to be taken to this authorized garage with essential documents required to initiate the claims process. The documents are as follows:

Get the Claim Settled
If the repairs are done through the cashless garage network of the insurance provider, then the Surveyor appointed by the company will inspect the extent of damage inflicted on the insured vehicle within one working day. After the assessment is completed, he/she will give a spot approval for repair of the damages. Once the repair has been done satisfactorily, the car will be handed over to the insured. Since the insurance provider has a direct tie-up with the authorized garages, all expenses will be directly settled by the company. The policy holder will only have to pay any additional amount that is not covered under the policy or if there is any non-accident related repair or service that was done.

Send the Car for Repair
Once the above step has been completed, you can take your car for repair at your preferred garage. Keep in mind that you should carry all necessary documents for the claims process. The survey will be done at the garage. The documents required are -
Claim Settlement
If your insured car is repaired at a garage preferred by you, then you can claim reimbursement on the amount spent once the repairs have been completed. It is important that the accident has been reported to the company and the company appointed surveyor has inspected the vehicle, in due time. The document that is necessary to avail the claim settlement is the original repair invoice provided by the garage and also the receipt for payment. This has to be submitted at any branch of Bharti AXA through post, courier or directly.
The money will be reimbursed to the insured within seven working days once the required documentation has been completed.
