How to Apply for PMFBY Online

Farmers can register for the scheme through:

  • Nearest Common Service Centers (CSCs) 
  • Through banks or insurance agents 

Steps to Apply Online:

  • Visit https://pmfby.gov.in 
  • Click on “Farmer Corner” and choose “Apply for Crop Insurance” 
  • Enter Aadhaar number, mobile number, and crop details 
  • Upload required documents (land records, bank passbook, etc.) 
  • Submit the application and download the acknowledgment
