  Individuals who wish to improve or build their Credit Score can benefit from the CreditStrong® subscription.

• How can the Credit Score be improved by opting for the CreditStrong® subscription?

  CreditStrong® provides a detailed analysis of the factors that are affecting your Credit Score. Remedial actions such as maintaining a healthy credit mix, making payments on time and reducing debt are recommended. Over time, such actions can help in improving your Credit Score.

• Will my financial and personal data be secure?

• In case my credit report shows a loan that I have never applied for, what should I do?

• Is it possible to raise a dispute via CreditStrong®?

  CreditStrong® will provide instructions on how to raise a dispute and identify errors. However, the tool does not handle disputes directly. 

• Why is the Credit Score on CreditStrong® different from the ones that are present on other apps?

  The Credit Score that is available on CreditStrong® is your Experian Credit Score. The Credit Score present on other platforms may be from other bureaus. Each credit bureau uses its own unique algorithm for score computation, and these algorithms may weigh different factors differently. Further, banks may report credit information to different bureaus at varying intervals, leading to discrepancies.

• The Credit Score on CreditStrong® is provided by which bureau?

  The Credit Score on CreditStrong® is provided by Experian. Experian is one of the major bureaus that are used by lenders and banks in India as well as across the world.

• How often will my Credit Score be updated?

  Your Credit Score will be updated once a month. 

• Will the Credit Score increase if I pay the CreditStrong® subscription fee?

  No, your subscription gives you access to powerful tools and personalised insights based on your credit profile. However, your Credit Score will improve only when you take action based on those insights.

• What is the process to cancel the CreditStrong® subscription?

  You will need to send an email to creditstrong.support@bankbazaar.com from your registered email ID to cancel the CreditStrong® subscription. You will have access to the subscription until the end of the billing cycle.

• Are personalised credit-building strategies offered by CreditStrong®?

  Yes, personalised credit-building strategies are offered by CreditStrong® based on your current credit situation. This can help in building your credit in a strategised and effective manner. 

• How does the custom video analysis offered by CreditStrong® work?

  A personalised video is provided which explains several details of your credit profile such as what is hurting your Credit Score as well as step-by-step solutions to improve it. It’s like a mini credit coaching session, made just for you, in the palm of your hand.

• How do graphs and charts help in improving my credit health?

  Over time, visual tools will make it easier to see your credit trends and progress. Payment history, overdue amounts and score changes can be viewed easily. You’ll know what’s working and what needs attention in a simplified way.

• Is it possible to transfer the CreditStrong® subscription?

  No, the CreditStrong® subscription cannot be transferred. In case credentials are shared, it could lead to termination of the subscription without refund.

• Will the CreditStrong® subscription be auto-renewed?

  Yes, the CreditStrong® subscription will be auto-renewed unless it is cancelled.

• In case the subscription is cancelled, will a refund be provided?

  No refunds will be issued upon cancellation of the subscription. The subscription will remain active for the duration of the paid period and will not renew automatically.
