    United Bank of India has a dedicated online grievance redressal portal wherein you can submit your grievance or enquiry and track its status as well. Additionally, in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction, the bank has multiple entities that manage customer grievances.

    1. Customer Service Committee of the Board: This sub-committee of the Board is responsible for drafting a Comprehensive Deposit Policy, incorporating the issues, auditing the policy every 3 years. Apart from analysing loan policies and service issues, this team will also look after any other issue that impacts customer service. This panel will keep a track of the functionings of the Standing Committee on Customer Service as well.
    2. Standing Committee on Customer Service:With the Managing Director of the bank as the chairman, this committee will have a few senior executives as well as a few non-executives as members. The objectives of this team are mentioned below -
      • Feedback evaluation on the quality of customer service
      • Ensuring that all the regulatory instructions in terms of customer service are followed by the bank
      • Keeping an eye on complaints regarding Banking Codes and Standards Board of India code violations
      • Monitoring and analysis of unresolved complaints and feedbacks referred by functional heads
      • Quarterly report submission on the performance of the Customer Service Committee of the Board
    3. Nodal Officer and Other Designated Executives to Handle Grievances: In order to lodge a complaint, the matter should be brought to the notice of the concerned Branch Manager. If the complaint isn’t resolved within a reasonable period of time or isn’t adequate, it can be escalated to the Regional Grievance Redressal Officer, i.e. the Chief Regional Manager of the respective region.       Took BT and top up loan from icici in July 2018 but received DD for balance transfer in third week of August. When submitted the DD to the other bank it got rejected as authorised signature is missing on it. The sales manager is not answering my call.
