Customer Service Committee of the Board: This sub-committee of the Board is responsible for drafting a Comprehensive Deposit Policy, incorporating the issues, and auditing the policy every 3 years. Apart from analysing loan policies and service issues, this team will also look after any other issue that impacts customer service. This panel will keep a track of the functioning of the Standing Committee on Customer Service as well.
    1. Standing Committee on Customer Service: With the Managing Director of the bank as the chairman, this committee will have a few senior executives as well as a few non-executives as members. The objectives of this team are mentioned below -
    • Feedback evaluation on the quality of customer service
    • Ensuring that all the regulatory instructions in terms of customer service are followed by the bank
    • Keeping an eye on complaints regarding Banking Codes and Standards Board of India code violations
    • Monitoring and analysis of unresolved complaints and feedbacks referred by functional heads
    • Quarterly report submission on the performance of the Customer Service Committee of the Board
