    Banking Ombudsman Details

    Customers of the bank can file a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman alleging deficiency in banking. This is inclusive of internet banking services as well. Some of the issues for which the Ombudsman can be contacted are:

    • Delay in the payment of cheques, bills, etc.

    4. If you wish to update your mobile or landline number, you can do so by calling on the help line number. You can also update your mobile or landline number by visiting the nearest bank branch with the latest mobile or landline bill and get your mobile or landline number updated.

    5. How do I get a receipt on cash payment of EMI, overdue, and other charges? 
    6. The bank will send an e-receipt to your email ID and via SMS to your registered mobile number after you have made the payment. 

    7. How can I get a refund if my EMI gets debited twice from my bank account in the same month? 
    8. In case the EMI payable gets debited twice from your bank account in the same month then you can call on the helpline number requesting either for a refund or getting the advance EMI adjusted for next month.
