You will be prompted with an option to print the form, do the same. Affix your original signature on the form and attach the self-attested copies or address and identity proof of documents. Send the form along with the documents to HDFC Bank Cards Division, PO BOX NO 8654, Thiruvanmiyur PO, Chennai – 600 041 through ordinary post or courier.
You can also send the same to your nearest HDFC bank branch with a Bearer. Alternatively, you can directly walk-in to the nearest branch to drop the form and documents.
Once the bank receives your request, your KYC will be updated within 5-6 working days. You will also receive a confirmation message on the registered mobile number upon successful updation of KYC.

Updating credit card KYC online is easy using your HDFC net banking account. If you have an internet banking account with HDFC you can simply log in and update your contact details. The HDFC net banking service allows you to update your e-mail ID, mobile number, current address, Aadhaar number, PAN number landline number, your profile as well.
