    Syndicate Bank is a customer-centric bank and treats each and every customer with utmost care.     To offer customers the opportunity to voice their concerns or offer feedback to improve customer satisfaction, Syndicate Bank observes the 15th of every month as ‘Customer Day’ across all branches. This includes the regional and nodal branches as well as the head office. If the 15th of any month coincides with a holiday or a half day, the next working day is considered.
