- For FY 2017-18, Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India recorded an increase of 0.3% in the total income which stood at Rs.1,094 crore, as against Rs.1,900 crore in the last year.
- The Profit After Tax stood at stood at Rs.134.3 crore, as against Rs.130.6 crore in the last year.
- The company's cash balance stood at Rs.469 crore, up by Rs.205 crore YoY.
- The company added 6 resorts and 320 rooms in FY 2017-18. The total room inventory stood at 3472 in 55 resorts.
- In FY 2017-18, the cumulative member base registered an increase of 8.1% and stood at over 2.35 lakh.

- The opening price of the stock at the beginning of January 2018 was Rs.339 on NSE. The scrip reached Rs.284 by mid-January and fell towards the end. In the month of February, the price of the stock fell by around 35 points and stood at Rs.274 by the month-end.
