Terms & Conditions

 a. Are Indian residents. 

 b. Are over the age of 18 years at the time of participating in the Offer. 

 c. Have received direct communication regarding the Offer from BankBazaar via WhatsApp. 

2.2. To qualify for the Offer, customers must apply for a Credit Card by submitting their application through the unique link provided in the WhatsApp communication from BankBazaar. Applications made through other means will not qualify. 

2.3. The Offer is valid only for customers whose Credit Card application is approved and for whom the card is subsequently issued by the respective bank. 

2.4. The Offer applies solely to Credit Card applications submitted via the unique link during the campaign period and approved by the bank within the Offer Validity Period (hereinafter referred to as the “Validity Period”). 

2.5. Credit Card issuance is subject to the respective bank’s internal review and eligibility criteria. BankBazaar has no role or influence over the bank’s approval decision. The Bank’s decision on issuance of Credit Card shall be final and binding. 

3. Reward Details

3.1. Customers eligible for the Offer will receive one ₹750 Amazon voucher (hereinafter referred to as the “Reward”), regardless of the number of Credit Card applications submitted or approvals received during the Offer Validity. 

3.2. The Reward will be issued within 45 business days from the date the respective bank's Credit Card being issued. 

3.3. The Reward will be sent to the email address or contact details registered with BankBazaar during the Credit Card application process. 

3.4. The Reward is subject to the terms and conditions of Amazon and must be used within its validity as defined by Amazon. 

3.5. Redemption of the voucher shall be completely governed by the Amazon’s Terms & Conditions and any query/claim/dispute may be referred to Amazon alone. By use of this voucher, a customer agrees specifically to the terms on the voucher and any additional terms as may be determined by Amazon. 

4. Offer Validity

4.1. To qualify for the Offer, the Credit Card application, submitted via the unique link, must be approved by the bank, and the card must be issued no later than 28th February 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer Validity”). 

4.2. Applications that are incomplete, declined or remain pending after the Offer Validity will not be eligible for the Offer. 

4.3. No Reward requests will be entertained for any Credit Card approved/issued after the expiry of the timeline mentioned in 4.1 above. 

5. Exclusions

5.1. Applications submitted using any link other than the unique link provided via WhatsApp communication will not qualify for the Offer. 

5.2. Customers whose applications are declined, incomplete, or remain pending beyond the Offer Validity will not qualify for the Reward. 

5.3. Applications that contain fraudulent information or behaviour indicative of misuse will be excluded from the Offer and such participants may face disqualification. BankBazaar’s decision on this shall be final and binding. 

6. General Terms

6.1. The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions. 

6.2. BankBazaar reserves the right to modify, extend or discontinue the Offer at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. 

6.3. Fraud Prevention: Applications flagged for fraud or suspicion of misuse by BankBazaar, or the issuing bank will result in disqualification from the Offer. 

6.4. BankBazaar will reasonably decide whether a customer is eligible for the Offer as defined under the terms of this promotion and BankBazaar’s decision shall be final. 

6.5. Limitation of Liability: 

 a. BankBazaar will not be liable for any delays in card approvals or issuances caused by banks or incomplete applications submitted by customers. 

 b. BankBazaar will not be liable for technical failures, network issues, or any other circumstances beyond its control that may impact participation in the Offer or delivery of the Reward. 

6.6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes, complaints, or concerns related to this offer shall be resolved solely by BankBazaar, and BankBazaar’s decision shall be final and binding. 

Where disputes arising out of the Offer are not resolved, the same will be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Chennai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.  

6.7. Force Majeure: BankBazaar is not responsible for any interruption or delay in fulfilling the Offer due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to system failures, strikes, acts of God or natural calamities. 

6.8. In case the Reward is not received within the above specified timelines, customers shall write to BankBazaar for the same at support@bankbazaar.com mentioning the application ID and the date of application. 

6.9. By participating in the Offer, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
