Important Notice: Discontinuation of services as a POP By A&A Dukaan Financial Services Private Limited

Attention Subscribers,

We have an important update regarding your National Pension System (NPS) account currently managed by BankBazaar (A&A Dukaan Financial Services Private Limited).

BankBazaar will no longer be providing services as a POP under NPS. As our valued customer, you have the choice to change your service provider (POP) i.e. A&A Dukaan Financial Services Private Limited to another service provider (POP) of your choice to avail uninterrupted services under NPS.

Please switch to another POP through either of the following two methods:

1. Manual Submission:

Transfer your PRAN to another POP by submitting the UoS-S6 application at your chosen target POP/POP-SP. A comprehensive list of POP-SPs is available on the website www.npscra.nsdl.co.in 

2. Online Request:

a) Log in to the CRA system at www.cra-nsdl.com using your existing User ID (PRAN) and I-PIN.

b) After logging in, select "Initiate Subscriber Shifting" under the "Transact Online" menu.

c) Click “Initiate Request,” choose “Digital Mode,” and click “Continue.”

d) Read the details provided and click “Continue” again.

e) Select your desired target sector and search for your preferred POP/POP-SP by entering its name. Submit your selection.

f) Select whether to continue with your current scheme or choose a new one. Upload your KYC (ID & address proof) and other relevant documents.

g) Confirm the Target entity/POP details after uploading the KYC documents.

h) Complete the shifting request through either OTP Authentication or eSign:

  1. For OTP Authentication, two separate OTPs will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.
  2.  For eSign, ensure the name in the CRA records matches exactly with the name in UIDAI records, and that an active mobile number is registered with UIDAI.

i) Upon successful OTP Authentication or eSign, the CRA system will initiate the shifting request, generating an acknowledgment number.

j) Contact the Target (New) POP to verify and authorise the shifting request in the CRA system.

k) Your PRAN will be transferred to the new sector only after the Target Nodal Office authorises the request.

Please note that if you do not transfer your PRAN from A&A Dukaan Financial Services Private Limited, PFRDA (the regulator of NPS) will shift your PRAN to a designated POP. You will be able to continue using NPS services through the new POP/POP-SP, and later, transfer your PRAN to another POP of your choice if you wish.
