Aside from calling the bank, you may also fill an online form, which is available on the official website. This form can be filled for asking queries, for expressing feedback, for providing suggestions, etc.

1. In this form, you will first have to select the category of product. If you have a query about personal loan, you will need to select 'Loan'.
2. Next, you will have to enter your full name, email address, mobile number, city, and state.
3. You can then key in your message or remark or query in the appropriate box within 1000 characters. The minimum character limit is 5.
4. You will then have to key in the captcha code, and then click 'Submit'.

• How long will it take for me to receive my personal loan?

  Once you have applied for a personal loan by submitting the necessary documents and the application form, the lender will verify them. If the documents and the application form submitted by you is correct, it will take them only 2 days to disburse the personal loan amount to your bank account.

• How can I apply for a personal loan from Mahindra Finance?

  You can visit the official website of Mahindra Finance and click on 'Apply Now' located on the top right-hand side of the page. You will be directed to a new page, where you will have to enter the necessary details such as your name, gender, email ID, mobile number, etc. You will then have to submit the necessary documents along with the application form and click on 'Submit'. The lender will then review your application form and documents, and if they are found to be correct, they will disburse the amount to you either by cheque or to your bank account. You will be directed to a new page where you will have to enter your Loan Account Number followed by your registered mobile number. Click on 'Get EMI Amount'. The EMI payable will be displayed on your screen after which you can choose any one of the payment modes - credit card, debit card, net banking, e-wallets, or UPI to pay your EMI.

• How can I calculate my EMI?

  On visiting the official website of Mahindra Finance, you can avail the in-built loan calculator tool to calculate the EMI payable. You will have to enter the necessary details such as the loan amount you wish to avail, the tenure, and the rate of interest. Once you have entered all the necessary details, click on 'Calculate'. You will be able to view the EMIs you will have to pay. You can continue to enter different loan amount, tenure, and interest rate in order to determine the EMI which you will be comfortable paying on a monthly basis.

• Do I have the option of prepaying my loan amount?

  Yes, you do have the option of prepaying your loan amount. However, the lender will charge you a prepayment fee for the prepayment of your loan.

• I do not have an account with Mahindra Finance. Can I still apply for a personal loan?

  Yes, you can apply for a personal loan even if you do not hold an account at Mahindra Finance. However, if you do hold an account at Mahindra Finance, the process of availing a personal loan is quicker.
