CreditStrong Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
1.1. CreditStrong is a subscription service provided by BankBazaar ("BankBazaar," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to and using the CreditStrong service ("Service," "Services"), you ("Customer," “user”, "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing to or using our Services.
1.2. The personalised video and its content are for educational purposes only and do not constitute credit, investment or financial advice. While efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or suitability of the content for your specific financial situation. You are encouraged to consult with a qualified financial advisor, credit counsellor, or investment professional before making any financial decisions.
2. Subscription and Cancellation
2.1. Customers can cancel their CreditStrong subscription at any time by sending an email to creditstrong.support@bankbazaar.com.
2.2. The cancellation request must be sent from the registered email ID associated with the subscription.
2.3. Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle or after 7 working days, whichever is later. Users will continue to have access to the service until the cancellation becomes effective.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. There will be no refund for any amount already paid towards the CreditStrong subscription.
3.2. Upon cancellation, the subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle, but the user can continue to use the service until the current subscription period expires.
3.3. In cases of unauthorised transactions or billing errors, users must contact customer support within 7 days of the charge to seek resolution.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. CreditStrong is a digital service and no physical product is shipped or delivered.
4.2. The subscription provides access to Credit Score-related services and reports digitally solely through the BankBazaar website www.bankbazaar.com.
5. Subscription Services
5.1. By subscribing to CreditStrong, users gain access to Credit Score monitoring and credit report insights, as applicable.
5.2. The subscription is subject to recurring billing as per the chosen plan and charges will be automatically deducted from the registered payment method.
5.3. BankBazaar reserves the right to modify or discontinue any features or services included in the subscription at any time without prior notice.
6. Auto-Renewal and Payments
6.1. Unless cancelled, the CreditStrong subscription will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle.
6.2. Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment method remains valid to avoid service disruptions.
6.3. If a payment fails, access to services may be restricted until the outstanding amount is cleared.
6.4. Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated to users at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the price change will constitute acceptance of the revised pricing.
7. User Obligations
7.1. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when subscribing to the service.
7.2. The subscription is non-transferrable and users must not share their login credentials with others.
7.3. Any unauthorised use of the service may result in immediate termination of the subscription without prior intimation and refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. BankBazaar shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of CreditStrong services.
8.2. BankBazaar is not responsible for any third-party charges or fees applied by banks or payment service providers.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
9.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, India.
10. Amendments
10.1. BankBazaar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
10.2. Continued use of the service after any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Data Protection and Privacy
11.1. User data will be collected, stored and processed as per BankBazaar’s Privacy Policy.
11.2. By subscribing, you agree that BankBazaar may use your credit report and score to create and send you a customised video about your credit profile. You also consent to the distribution of the video through our specified channels. You can withdraw this consent at any time via your account or by emailing creditstrong.support@bankbazaar.com.
12. Force Majeure
12.1. BankBazaar shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions, or failures in service arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, labour disputes or interruptions in telecommunications or internet services.
12.2. In the event of a force majeure event, BankBazaar reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the service, at its sole discretion without liability to the user.
13. Communication
13.1. By subscribing to CreditStrong, you consent to receive communications from BankBazaar regarding your subscription, recurring payments and any other service-related notifications.
13.2. Such communications may include important service updates, billing information and changes to these Terms.
13.3. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that the contact information provided is accurate and up to date.
