  • Once the verification process has been completed, you will receive a confirmation mail within 2-3 days.

In case you are not using the account, the bank allows you to close the account. However, the account cannot be closed online. The account closure form can be downloaded from the official website. Once the form is filled, you can visit the nearest branch and submit it. The account will be closed within four working days.
