Once you leave the Schengen Area you entered, the visa expires even if your time period to stay in the area isn't expired yet. However, if you select a multiple-entry Schengen Visa, then you can visit a region as many times as you please, provided that your total stay in the region does not exceed a total sum of 90 days, within the 180 day time period.

  • 9 European nations recognise Covishield

    Nine European countries gave the green signal to recognise he Covishield vaccine produced by the Serum Institute of India. The European Union which started the ‘Green Pass’ gave the confirmation to recognise the vaccine. The ‘Green Pass’ facility will now travellers who have been vaccinated with an authorised set of vaccines to travel within the EU zone covering 27 countries. However, the recognition by these nine countries is a "national" move by the countries and not by the European Union.

    Countries that have recognised Covishield as a valid vaccine includes Austria, Germany, Greece, Slovenia, Ireland, Iceland, and Spain. Estonia has also confirmed that it will accepy all the vaccines authorised by the Indian Government for travel of Indians to Estonia.
