Dates to Remember:

  • December 7th: Tax can be collected or deducted every month and this is the last date to deposit tax collected in November.
  • December 15th: An individual or a company can choose to pay advance income tax on their income in order to avail certain benefits. This is the last date to pay the 2nd or 3rd instalment towards advance income tax for individuals and companies respectively.
  • December 22nd: A TDS certificate is issued for tax deducted in the previous month and this date is the last day of issue of TDS certificates pertaining to tax deducted in November.
