Yes, if you are an existing borrower, you can apply for a top-up loan. However, you need to ensure that you have paid more than half the number of EMIs on your pre-existing loan.
If you fail to make timely payments, the service provider has the right to send you a notice to settle the payment. They can call or visit your residence to collect the payment. If you still fail to make the payment, legal action will be taken on the behalf on the lender.
