- Financial institutions and banks (including regional rural banks and co-operative banks)
- Foreign Institutional Investors who have been registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India
- Foreign Portfolio Investors
- Qualified Foreign Investors (QFIs)
- Industrial and scientific research organisations
- Air force, army, navy and other para-military funds and institutions that are eligible to invest in the scheme
- Gratuity or pension or provident or other funds that have the permission to make investments in the scheme
- International Multilateral Agencies with the approval of the Reserve Bank of India or the Government of India
- A mutual fund, via its schemes, including fund of fund schemes
- The Sponsor, the Asset Management Company, or the Trustee of their associates provided they have the permission to invest in the scheme.
NAV Disclosure and Benchmark for SBI Gold Fund – Regular Plan – Dividend
The NAV of SBI Gold Fund – Regular Plan – Dividend will be calculated on a daily basis and declared on each business day. It will be published in at least two daily newspapers as required by the Securities and Exchange Board of India Regulations. The NAV of the scheme can also be viewed on the website of the fund house as well as the website of the Association of Mutual Funds in India. The Asset Management Company is expected to disclose the Net Asset Value on the website of the Association of Mutual Funds in India by 10:00 a.m. on the subsequent business day.

The following are some of the major investment restrictions of SBI Gold Fund – Regular Plan – Dividend:
- The scheme is not allowed to advance loans for any purpose.
- The scheme can only make investments in schemes of mutual funds.
- The scheme is not allowed to make investments in any fund of funds scheme.
- The scheme is not allowed to make investments in excess of 10% of its Net Asset Value in debt securities that consist of money market securities and non-money market securities issued by a single issuer if they are not rated by below investment grade by a credit rating agency.
- The scheme is not allowed to make investments in unlisted securities of the sponsor’s group or associate companies.
- The scheme is not allowed to make investments in listed securities of the sponsor’s group companies over 25% of its net assets.
