NAV Disclosure and Benchmark for Axis Gold ETF

The NAV of Axis Gold ETF will be calculated on a daily basis and declared in a minimum of two newspapers that are circulated across India. The NAV shall also be updated on the website of the mutual fund in addition to the website of the Association of Mutual Funds in India. Investors can also check the NAV by calling 1800221322 or 180030003300 between Monday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Investment Restrictions of Axis Gold ETF

The following are some of the major investment restrictions of Axis Gold ETF:

  • The scheme will invest its corpus in gold in compliance with its investment objective. The only exceptions made in this regard will be if additional investment is absolutely necessary to meet the scheme’s liquidity requirements for honouring redemptions or repurchases.
  • The scheme will refrain from making investments in unlisted securities of group or associate companies of the sponsor.
  • The scheme will not make investments in securities that are issued by way of private placement by the sponsor’s group or associate companies.
  • Units of the scheme can be transferred to another scheme in the same mutual fund if the transfers that are being made are done at the current market price on spot basis.
  • The scheme shall refrain from making investments in fund of funds schemes.
  • The scheme will not advance any loans.
