NAV Disclosure and Benchmark for Axis Dynamic Bond Fund

The Net Asset Value (NAV) of the Axis Dynamic Bond Fund is obtained by dividing its net assets by the number of outstanding units on the date of valuation. The NAV will be rounded off to 4 decimal places and disclosed at the close of every business day. The NAV will be updated on the website of the AMFI (www.amfiindia.com) and Axis Mutual Fund (www.axismf.com) by 9:00 p.m. every business day.

The NAV will also be sent for publication to at least 2 newspapers every business day. The newspapers publishing the NAV will have a nationwide circulation. The scheme’s portfolio will also be disclosed by the fund house on its website on the last day of the month or before the 10th day of the succeeding month.

The Axis Dynamic Bond Fund is managed by Mr. Devang Shah and Mr. R Sivakumar. Mr. Devang Shah has been managing the fund for 3 years and he joined Axis Mutual Fund on 16 October 2012. Prior to this, he had worked with ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd., Deutsche Asset Management, and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Some of the funds managed by him include Axis Income Fund, Axis Fixed Income Opportunities Fund, Axis Enhanced Arbitrage Fund, etc.

Mr. R. Sivakumar has been managing the Axis Dynamic Bond Fund for 5 years and he joined Axis Asset Management Company in August 2009. He has earlier worked with Fortis Investment Management, Sundaram Asset Management, and Zurich Asset Management. Besides this scheme, he also manages the funds - Axis Capital Protection Oriented Fund, Axis Equity Saver Fund, Axis Triple Advantage Fund, etc.
