Never ever go for such a worst Health policy, I am telling you for God sake Never take policy. They was worst in service. Its True , 4-Month back I took Insurance for my MoM who is 52Years old, And at time of giving policy they said ours is superb ( we won award , In 2-Hours we release support etc etc ) But on 29Th sep-2016 due to Fever followed by cold and due to cold she could not Breath so we joined to St.John hospital Bangalore and Intimated Apollo ( ID-286508 ) , And we send List of Doc. like Pharma bills, Test-Reports , Doctor Reports and Test-Bills all things , For all this I payed 10K, Even if Apollo says Its Cashless , we needed to pay our money at time of Admission , Then after submitting all Bills , After 4-5 Hours Apollo send , We needed Clarification Telling is Patient suffering from BP get Doctor Certification , ( Then We gave it ) Then after 4-5 Hours Apollo asked I needed a clarification ( is patient having Previously and BP ) , then Doc replayed NO

"Claim Support team is utterly junk and typists are better"
      0.5 0.5/5 "Unacceptable"
I taken this health insurance from Jan 2010 and continued from the past 7 years and never claimed for the past 6 years. In July 2016 my son admitted with ITP and the claim support team rejected the cashless claim saying that it is patches on skin and rejected. After this I raised the objection and they claimed it as genetic and rejected. They I wrote their ombudsman, they wrote me that their claim support team was wrong and it was unknowing mistake and closed the ticket. This is pathetic experience from this company and it clearly shows that their claim support team is not at all knowledgeable.

      "The worst insurance company ever!"
      0.5 1.0/5 "Really Bad"
What's the use of any policy feature if the claim team is there to make life hell. Distressed parents of a 3year old sick daughter, we followed up for 6.5hrs post which they said office closed! Can't explain what an inhuman experience we had to go through and yet not got it despite the paperwork in place. We are planning to file a case, not for money, but for all the frustration they made us go through!

      0.5 5.0/5 "Blown Away!"
I got the health insurance policy with Apollo munich general insurance company like I got it without any reason, even I can say its through advertisement. Medical coverage value is around 300000 Rupees for myself and rest of 300000 Rupees will be shared for my family. I dint found any issues with them till now, also I can say its an excellent one while it comes to the matter of making rapport with customers.

Average service offered from the Insurance company.Higher premium amount and they have coverage for all medical terms. They have wide range of tie up with different hospitals which is more convenient. There is no proper customer assistance provided in apollo munich for a health coverage.

"Excellent Response Time and Easy Process"
      0.5 5.0/5 "Blown Away!"
After about 7 claim free years, I used my health insurance for the 1st time with Apollo Munich and my experience was very pleasant. The customer service staff were responsive and the process of claims approval was handled seamlessly. The policy has no room sublimits or copay. We used the Apollo Hospital and the entire process went very smooth. The claim was approved without much hassles. I am thankful for opting Apollo Munich. I had different TPA when I was working and my experience with Apollo Munich was the best.

My Mediclaim or Health Insurance is with Apollo Munich. They have a good coverage of Rs.3 Lakhs. It covers all the hospitalisation, bed charges and in fact the total bill. They provide cashless facilities in accordance with their tie up with the participating hospitals. I had taken this in September 2015.
