• State Bank of Patiala Fixed Deposit Rates

    The State Bank of Patiala is now a part of the well-known public sector bank State Bank of India (SBI). The bank gives customers a good interest rate on their fixed deposits (FDs) along with a number of other perks.     SBI merger deal

    The State Bank of Patiala, along with 4 other associate banks, and Bharatiya Mahila Bank, became one with the SBI on April 1, 2017. As a consequence of this, the IFSC codes of these banks were revised.     Short-term fixed deposit

    • The highest rate of interest offered by State Bank of Patiala is for a tenure of more than 7 months and less than 1 year.
    • The interest offered is 6.40% per annum for regular citizens and 6.90% per annum for senior citizens.

    Medium-term fixed deposit

    • Interest offered for a medium-term deposit is 6.80% per annum for regular citizens and 7.30% per annum for senior citizens.

    Long-term fixed deposit

    • The rate of interest offered for long-term fixed deposit of 5 years to 10 years is 6.85% per annum for regular citizens. Senior citizens get 7.35% per annum.
