The most interesting part is being their transparency, there are no hidden charges and that is the best part about the SCB. Customer policies can be bit more liberally as they are pretty stringent on the offers and discounts as other banks are providing lots of offers and discounts.

SCB reward points scheme is awesome, there is no need for me to interact much with them because almost all the options are available online. I can reset the password or pin number online myself there is no need for me to contact their helpline regarding the same.

Standard Chartered Bank provided high credit limit for my credit card. But their customer service is not good. They are not responding properly. I have reward points but it is very difficult to redeem the points. I use this card for four to five years, but still I could not redeem the points and I do not know how to redeem the points. The customer service executives told me once but not easy to do that.

      0.5 0.5/5 "Unacceptable"
SCB is one of the worst bank in terms of service. Primary motto of their credit card service is, how to grab more money from its user and how they do it below are the examples. 1. They will send you two different statement so one has Zero amount and other has some value so if you miss the other one they start charging you interest. 2. They overcharge you in some statement like late fee and all and when you call customer care they say they will revert. They make the next few statements so messy that you forget your actual bill.

Standard Chartered credit card is very much easy to access, if I am willing to convert the amount into EMI they are giving much offers this can be done through online directly rather than calling the customer service. Credit limit is also satisfactory, infact they gave me an option for the limit enhancement however I denied it. I am pretty much happy with the offers too.
