If you lose your phone, you will have to contact Citibank’s 24-hour hotline at 18602102484. The Device Card Number of your Citibank credit card will be blocked. You can still use your Citibank credit card through other channels.
5. What should I do if I get a new Samsung phone?
You will have to download the Samsung Pay app on your new phone and register your Citibank credit card once again. Please make sure you delete the registered cards on your previous devices.
