You can expect the card in 2-3 working days once you receive a message saying that your card has been dispatched. Make yourself available at your mailing address as the card will be handed over only to the applicant. |
| Disapproved | A ‘Disapproved’ status says your application has been rejected as you failed to meet the eligibility criteria set by the bank. Ideally, you should receive the same message as SMS, saying your application has been rejected, without mentioning the reason. |
| No records found | If you enter incorrect details, the system will come back with a ‘No records found’ status. Re-enter the correct details to get the status right. |
