Balance enquiry can be done online. Feed in your registered mobile number and credit card number on the bank website and get your balance details via SMS. Same goes for mini-statement, wherein the last 5 transaction will be sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile number. If you report the theft or loss of your card immediately after the incident, the bank will not hold you liable for any unauthorised transactions made using your card from the time of reporting. The report has to be filed along with a police complaint. Prior to the receipt of such a report, you will be held liable for any transactions made using the lost or stolen card.
