One Card in partnership with Federal Bank has launched the Federal Bank One Credit Card which you can apply for online. This card is a contactless credit card and a mobile-based card which can be operated via the One Card app. The online process is seamless and easy and can be completed in just few steps. Post approval of your application for a credit card, you not only receive a physical credit card, but also a virtual credit card which you can use to make purchases online.

If your issue is not yet resolved, you can write to the Banking Ombudsman, the details of which you can find on the Reserve Bank of India website.
You can download the One Card app to apply for the Federal Bank Credit Card. You will have to submit the necessary details along with certain documents. Post approval, the virtual card will be activated, while a physical credit card will be sent to your communication address.
Yes, this credit card is a contactless card. You will not be required to provide your PIN for amount up to Rs.5,000.
Yes, you can get your mobile number and email ID updated on the One Card app.
In case you lose your card, you can temporarily deactivate it and reactivate it once you find it. In case you have lost it for good, file an FIR and send a copy to One Card to get a replacement card and get your lost card deactivated for good.
