    Eligibility Criteria for Andhra Bank Signature Credit Card:

    Customers who meet the eligibility requirements can apply for this card. To be eligible for an Andhra Bank Signature Credit Card, you need to fit the criteria below.

    • You should be an existing customer of Andhra Bank. Non customers are considered on selective basis.
    • You should be earning at least Rs. 10 lakhs per annum.
    • For applicants without income proof, you should have a term deposit with Andhra Bank. The limit on the credit card will be 75% of the value of the deposit.

    1. Where is my Signature Credit Card accepted?

      Your Andhra Bank Signature Credit Card is valid at any merchant establishments which accept VISA and Mastercard cards. The card can also be used to transact online, pay through IVRS, teleshopping and mail order.

    2. What is revolving credit?

      Revolving credit facility allows you to pay the minimum due on your credit card by the payment due date and carry forward the rest of the balance. Interest will be levied on the balance carried forward at 2.5% per month if the minimum payment due is met. If the minimum payment is missed, then the charges are increased to 2.95% per month. You can get 20 to 51 days free credit periods.

    3. How do I pay my credit card dues?
      • You can pay your credit card bill by cheque, DD or cash at any of the Andhra Bank branches.
      • You can opt to pay your bill via Andhra Bank ATMs using your Andhra Bank debit card. You need to register with your branch to use this facility.
      • For account holders, you can set a standing instruction to pay the full amount or the minimum due. The amount will be directly debited from your bank account on the due date.
      • You can also pay through NEFT.
    4. What is the minimum amount due?

      Out of your total billed amount, 5% has to be paid by the due date every month. This ensures that you do not attract any penalties and higher interest charges.

    5. For whom can I take add on cards?
