State Bank of India (SBI) introduced the 'Nation First Transit Card' during the Global Fintech Fest 2023. This RuPay NCMC Prepaid Card is designed to enhance the convenience of customer commuting by facilitating seamless digital ticketing fare payments for various modes of transportation like metro, buses, water ferries, and parking, all through a single card. Additionally, the card can be used for retail and e-commerce payments. Dinesh Kumar Khara, Chairman of SBI, emphasised the bank's commitment to simplifying banking and everyday life for customers, aligning with the national vision of 'One Nation, One Card'.
SBI has been actively engaged in NCMC programs with various transit operators since 2019, launching several successful initiatives in different regions. Furthermore, SBI is working on implementing NCMC-based ticketing solutions for MMRC Metro Line 3 and Agra Metro, which will be available to the public soon. The bank is a significant player in the home loan market, fulfilling the homeownership dreams of over 30 lakh Indian families, with a home loan portfolio exceeding Rs. 6.53 lakh crore as of June 2023. In collaboration with the spend management expert Zaggle, Yes Bank has introduced a co-branded corporate credit card. The card is intended for businesses that spend a significant amount of their budget on entertainment and travel. The co-branded card gives the business the ability to directly control spending by imposing limits on merchant categories, setting personal spending limits, as well as enabling various other controls. In addition to rewards and golf privileges, cardholders also have access to lounges and travel insurance. Prior to the RBI-initiated restructuring in 2019, Zaggle partnered with Yes Bank for prepaid cards in 2016.

Marriott Bonvoy HDFC Bank Credit Card is the first co-branded hotel credit card launched by HDFC Bank in partnership with Marriott Bonvoy. These cards will operate on the Diners Club platform and are packed with travel benefits. Cardholders will be privileged under various benefits entitled to Silver Elite Status with Marriott Bonvoy, such as bonus points, priority late checkouts, exclusive member rates, and other perks.
The card offers a free night award valued at up to 15,000 points as a welcome benefit for new cards or card renewals. The value of this award can be enhanced by utilising up to 15,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points. The card offers Silver Elite Status along with ten elite night credits annually. For every Rs 150 spent on Marriott Bonvoy hotels (excluding Homes and Villas), cardholders will earn eight Marriott Bonvoy points for monthly expenditures of up to Rs.10 Lakh.
On eligible travel, dining, and entertainment transactions, four Marriott Bonvoy points will be earned per Rs.150 for up to Rs.5 lakh per month. Per Rs 150 for spending at participating Marriott Bonvoy, eight Marriott Bonvoy points will be earned, and two Marriott Bonvoy Points for all other eligible purchases apart from rentals, fuel, and wallet reload. Within this collaboration, customers will enjoy a range of benefits when booking domestic flights. These perks encompass discounts of up to Rs. 1,200 on seat bookings, complimentary meals valued at up to Rs. 500, exemption from convenience fees, and the option to cancel or reschedule flights for just Rs. 1 with CT FlexMax. What's more, Axis Bank credit cardholders can access these specially curated travel offers without the need to accumulate or redeem points.

A new RuPay credit card, Snapdeal BoB Credit Card, is a co-branded credit card that is launched by the public sector bank, Bank of Baroda (BoB), and Indian e-commerce company, Snapdeal. This card is based on the National Payment Corporation of India’s (NPCI) RuPay network that can be used at all merchant outlets and online websites that accepts RuPay Card. The card offers extra benefits on Snapdeal shopping and enables users to make payments by scanning the UPI QR code of the merchant.
The card offers Rs.500 as a Snapdeal voucher within 30 days of issuance. After a debit of Rs.100 through the Snapdeal app or website, users can earn 20 reward points. On spending Rs.100 on grocery shopping, departmental stores, and online shopping, users will earn 10 reward points, and four reward points will be earned on other categories through this card. Purchasing fuel at petrol pumps worth Rs.400 to Rs.5,000 through this card will offer a fuel surcharge waiver of 1.00%. The card comes at a minimum annual fee of Rs.249, which is the same for the first year as well.
