My salary account was opened with STANDARD CHARTERED BANK i am not happy with their service the service which has been provided through them is average . Customer service is also not that responsive the service of them is fine . Net banking is also good here .
I am holding SBI Credit card , i close this credit card . The reason behind closing this card is they charge very high rate of interest . After every transaction i use to get proper mail and message . The credit limit is 24000 and it is very low i was expecting more .
I am holding HDFC BANK Credit card , i am using this card for past 3month . They offered me with HDFC REGALIA Credit card . Benefits were movie ticket , 10% discount on shopping on lifestyle , reward points . The credit limit is 1.4lakh and it is very satisfactory .
I am very happy to get service through bank bazaar . This was my first experience with bank bazaar, i am not regular user . I came to know about this website through online . Mobile application is good to use even website is very user friendly . Overall it is good .
I bought the INDUSIND BANK credit Card. I am using this card for past 1month . They offered me 70000 of credit limit and i am happy with that . The card is free for the first year and it is chargeable for next year . Their reward points system is also good. . Overall I am really happy about the card and the application process.
I have been using the paytm services for last 3 years. I have installed the application in my mobile. I am using the paytm for bank transfer, bus ticket booking, mobile recharges, in a retails shop payment. I have not faced any problem with this app.
I am using the canara bank savings account for 9 years. I have gone to their branch and the response was fine. Internet banking facility is good and i haven't use their mobile app. I have to maintain a minimum balance of Rs. 1000. Sometimes I'm facing a server down issue in their Internet banking.
From 2013, i have been using the HDFC salary account. No need of maintaining a minimum balance. There is no hidden charges deducted so far. The Internet banking and mobile app is easy to use. I have visited their branch and the employee response was fine.
Even when the interest rate was higher, they have reduced the same. They have given me a interest rate of 8% when i applied the top up option, they have increased upto 11% when i contact the customer care, they have reduced the same. In HDFC, they are responding the customer in a proper way.
I'm using the HDFC credit card for more than 5 years. My card got upgraded and credit limit enhancement also done. I can able to visit the nearby branch and i can get the information. Their customer care also easily accessible. The card benefit also good.
I did not get the proper response from the customer care. When i started using the card for last 4 years, i have not received any calls for enhancing the credit limit. I'm unable to connect with their customer care and they are not picking up the call. My card validity is going to expired and i didn't receive any up-gradation call hence i am planning to close this card.
